Sizing

In determining your proper head size, measure the circumference of your noggin, making sure to go around the bumpiest part at the back of your head. We will gladly make a hat to specific dimensions. In order to facilitate the ordering process we have developed 3 general sizes per gender:

Women

Small (22″)
Average (22.5″)
More than Average (23″)

Men

Small (22.75″)
Average (23.5″)
No Hat Fits (24″)

custom orders

Customer requests are extremely welcome. If you would like to order a hat in a specific color or trim please contact us at info@thehouseofmacgregor.com or make a note in your order. We will contact you if that request cannot be accommodated. All of the hats are made in house and we try to make most wishes happen. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.

shipping

Charges are based on your location and method of shipment. Items are sent priority mail via USPS. Shipping outside of US, buyer is responsible for all international shipping taxes and duties. Texas residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.

return policy

The House of MacGregor will gladly work with customers on the fit and minor adjustments of the hats. We do not do returns.
