This version is in an eye stopping black suede felt (the rabbit fur is treated to have a matte finish)and trimmed with a seed bead band over a lambskin edged ribbon. Black sucks up all the color in the room so on, this hat is quite dramatic. There is a touch of embroidery on the side and the hat is lined. One of one.
The Ford is our middle of the road, straight brim fedora. Not too wide, not too tall...this is a hat that feels like it goes on any occasion. The brim is around 2" wide, slightly lifted, and is easy to wear in and out of a car or restaurant.
